The prices include:
Weekly change of linen.
Final cleaning of the apartment.
Use of the swimming pool with umbrellas and deck chairs.
Use of the private beach with umbrellas and deck chairs.
Parking for the car.

Once we confirmed the availability of the apartment and in order to confirm the booking, we ask you for a down payment of 40% of the total price within 10 days.
